Fellow Members,
On behalf of the Club Board, thank you to everyone who participated in this important effort. More than 107 members contributed through focus groups, helping shape the questions, and 1,385 members, approximately 35% of those surveyed, provided direct feedback.
While this represents a meaningful sample, it is still only a portion of our broader community of more than 4,000 residents. This work marks an important first step, not a conclusion, as we begin to more intentionally use data to inform our decisions.
As your Board, we have a fiduciary responsibility to listen, prioritize, and plan thoughtfully for the future of the Club. These insights will help shape a shared vision for The Villages, grounded in member input and guided by long-term sustainability.
