June 4 was the conclusion of the Handicap Tournament, and for those of us who lost our matches, we were at least awarded a beautiful day of golf as we followed the field. Kudos to Millie-Anne Schwerin and Camille Giuliodibari for running this tournament. Scott Steele announced the awards to the following ladies:

Guest Day is June 11, followed by our Whimsical Invitational. It’s actually an anything-Disney theme for the event. Mary Wagle and the committee have been working hard to arrange a fun few days, starting with Goofy’s Derby at 3 p.m. and Ratatouille’s Kitchen at The Gazebo at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17. Then, the tournament is two days, Thursday, June 18 and Friday, June 19, with breakfast and lunch being served both days. There are also numerous on-course events and a putting contest for the invitational, so it should be a very fun event for those of you who signed up.
