Tuesday was a beautiful day for golf, although a bit warm. The 9-Hole Ladies Golf Group hosted a joint event with the Shonis, and 80 players turned out to enjoy a wonderful time golfing, socializing, and getting to know one another. The game was hotly contested and the food was excellent. All agreed we should make this a tradition at The Villages.

Charity of Choice Tournament – This year we have selected Hospice of the Valley as our charity. Please watch for more information over the next few weeks.
Club Challenge – Held on August 11 and August 18. I encourage everyone to participate. There will be lots of prizes awarded during our Christmas Luncheon.
Eclectic Tournament – Scorecards go on sale August 1 for $10, and the tournament begins September 1. More details will be coming soon.
Fall Exchange – Scheduled for September 22. Please mark your calendars and see the attached flyer for additional information.
