The 2026 Evergreen Invitational is in the bag and done, and we eagerly await next year’s. This tournament has so many moving parts, and it honestly takes a Village to make it go as smoothly as it did. We would like to briefly recognize all the committee members and volunteers that make this event as fun as it can possibly be.
Without all your help and time, it just wouldn’t have been the success that it was.

Special Shout Outs!
The Par 3 Vegas Holes
A heartfelt thanks to Mary Wagle and to all her many helpers for running “The Vegas Holes” on the par 3s for the two days. They generate bucks for the tournament every year, that is greatly appreciated. Once again, you all are amazing!
The Strong Drive Contest
Every year we look forward to Hole #2 and the Strongest Drive Contest. You have been stripping them down the middle all day long and then you step on the tee box at #2 and then you launch one onto the #3 fairway. That’s golf! Thank you, Hal Hallock and David Gonzales, for manning the tee box. And to the ladies that were doing the heavy lifting out in the fairway, Diana Hallock and her granddaughter, Tatum Tracey, and to Mazie Rice and her granddaughter, Emma Gutierrez. We can’t thank you enough.
The Putting Contest
And finally, to Scott Steele and the Pro Shop, and to all that help set up the putting contest. It was one of the most diabolical tests of skill that mere mortals have ever faced on that putting green. Well done! And if you would like to see more photos of the tournament, please check out the link below: https://flic.kr/s/aHBqjCZ1fx
Thanks to Pi Silverstein and Kyle Finley for all the hard work to make this possible.
