Senior Net Championship
When: Saturday, August 15, 2026
What: Individual Low Net Tournament. Catered lunch at the Cribari Center. MGC tournament players only; no spouses or guests.
Format: Individual low net competition
Sign-up: Saturday, August 1 through Thursday, August 13. Sign up with the Pro Shop as an individual — the Pro Shop will pair you with other players — or as a foursome, and be sure to have everyone’s age.
Handicaps: 95% of August 13 handicap
Flights: Flighted by age, depending on the number of players
Tees: TBD
Tee times: 8 a.m. shotgun
Cost: $52 (includes green fees and sweeps)
Coffee and doughnuts from 6:45 to 8 a.m.

Ball Washer
“I once played a course so hard, I lost two balls in the ball washer.”
Second Shot
A loudspeaker told a golfer to move his ball behind the tee markers for his first shot.\
He looked toward the clubhouse and yelled, “Tell the gentleman on the loudspeaker this is my second shot.”

Executive Committee Meeting: The Men’s Golf Club Executive Committee meets the first Tuesday of the month at 8:30 a.m. in the Montgomery Center. The next meeting will be September 1, 2026.
