Dear Villagers,
Thoughtful capital planning is essential to maintaining the facilities, amenities, and infrastructure that support our community today while preparing responsibly for the years ahead. With that in mind, we are pleased to share the 2026–2031 Capital Projects Plan, now available for members here.
The CPP represents a significant collaborative effort by residents, committees, Board members, and staff. It provides a five-year roadmap for maintaining, replacing, and improving our community assets while aligning capital investments with The Villages’ strategic priorities, resident needs, and available resources.
The plan reflects priorities identified through the 2025 Member Survey and supports the initiatives outlined in the 2026–2029 Strategic Plan. It is also intended to provide members with greater visibility into the projects being considered, their anticipated timing, and the process used to evaluate and advance them.
Please note: To limit printing costs, individual printed copies of the 40-page, full-color plan will not be distributed. Reference copies will be available in A and B for residents who prefer to review the document in print.
