Club Championship
Wow, what a finish to our 2026 Club Championship. Joyce Baptiste went into the third game in the lead, and though she didn’t have the lowest score for the last game, her two-game lead was enough to bring the trophy home. Co-Captain Judy Rogers pulled off a tremendous comeback after a rough second week of the tournament, shooting a 34 (low gross of the day) to come to within four strokes of our club champion. Co-Captain Linda McChesney shot low net for the three-week tournament. Congratulations to all!
Other Highlights from Tuesday
We had our second birdie for the month of September. Tami Thompson chipped one in off the green on hole 5, and she won her flight. In addition, Tami had the low net score of the day, 19.
