Planning a special celebration in 2027? Recreation Services is preparing to open Private Event requests beginning November 1. Before submitting your preferred date, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the updated process and know what to expect once requests open.
Start with a Facility Reservation Request
Residents interested in reserving a facility for a 2027 Private Event must first submit a Facility Reservation Request Form to Recreation Services. Please note that this form is different from the Facility Use Contract, which will come later in the reservation process.
To ensure requests are received and reviewed in the order submitted, Private Event date inquiries will begin through the online form. Residents who call Recreation to inquire about a 2027 date will be directed to complete the form before availability can be reviewed.

The Facility Reservation Request Form is available on The Member Portal by navigating to: Recreation > Forms > Facility Reservation Request

When Can I Submit My Request?
The online form will begin accepting requests for 2027 dates at 12 a.m. on November 1. Recreation Services will begin reviewing submissions and responding to residents on November 2. Requests will be considered in the order received for the date requested. Submitting a form, however, does not automatically reserve or guarantee that date. Recreation Services must first review facility availability and any existing scheduling considerations.
What Happens After I Submit?
Once your request has been reviewed, Recreation Services will contact you with the availability status of your requested facility and date. If the requested date and facility are available, you will receive a Facility Use Contract to complete as the next step in the reservation process. Your Private Event is not confirmed when the initial request form is submitted. A reservation is confirmed only after the Facility Use Contract has been returned and processed by Recreation Services.
